Essential Skills and Experience

1.At least 3 years of hands-on ABAP development experience in SAP HR
2.Strong experience using ABAP language and Webdynpro ABAP & JAVA
3.Strong knowledge of SAP dialog programming, batch input, BAPI, BADI, BSP & HR reporting
4.Familiarity with IT solution delivery processes
5.Clear and confident communication style – verbal and written
6.Information Technology background
7.Proven track record in must-not-fail projects with tight deadlines
8.Solution oriented with proven results in situations of minimal supervision
9.Self starter

Preferred Skills, Experience and Competencies

Knowledge of SAP ESS & Appraisal modules
Knowledge of SAP HR configuration
